Today in Science History email Newsletter
The Today in Science History Newsletter is sent daily. As you can see in the sample below, typical content includes a summary and a link to a Feature Story; some quotations and a book suggestion for persons born or died on this day; and a short quiz on the science people and events of the day.
If you know the quiz answers, great! Some questions will need inspired or informed guesses at the answer. Even more fun when you can get those right! But, they will all get you interested in the people, inventions and events for the day.
(Sep 2015) YIKES! Outgrowing the resources allotted by the previous ISP, resulted in erratic deliveries. The decision now made to move to a new ISP. This means some period of disruption during implementation. Please be patient. By all means please continue to test if the subscribe is yet functional in the meantime. Thank you. Once the issue is resolved, you'll know when regular delivery resumes.
Note 1. If you receive errors or do not promptly receive the promised validation email, it’s maybe the implementation being incomplete. Correspond using your own email to “problem” “todayinsci.com” with the usual “at” in between. Webmaster will be happy to take care of it manually.
Note 2. This page updates at midnight U.S. Eastern Time. You can bookmark it and visit to see any missing newsletter.
