(11 Nov 1910 - 30 Jul 1986)
American writer and lawyer who was also a radio broadcaster, contributor to magazines and editor-in-chief of Interaction (from 1971). His books included Labor Today and Tomorrow (1946). In his early career, he was a labor lawyer (1934-40). He became a professor of business management in 1940 until retirement in 1960.
