King Solomon
(c. 985 B.C. - c. 925 B.C.)
Hebrew monarch who ruled as the third and last king of the United 12 Tribes of Israel, while it was at its zenith. He engaged in trade, international relations, and is noted for his extensive building projects which include the first Hebrew temple.
