Arthur Lerner
(1 Oct 1915 - 1 Apr 1998)

psychologist , who founded and became director of the Poetry Therapy Institute (1972). His books include Psychoanalytically oriented criticism of three American poets: Poe, Whitman and Aiken (1970), and Starting points (1971).
